Friesian stallion Thomas van de Vogelenzang will get the license for Russia! Print

The decision was made by the KFPS Inspection Team during the meeting held in mid-March. The license was issued for 2-years period, for 2012 and 2013, with possibility of extension.

 

In 2010 Thomas van de Vogelenzang (Brend 413 x Oeds 318) was called the best Friesian stallion according to the results of the 1st inspection in Russia. In 2011 his owner brought the stallion to the Netherlands in order to preparing to the Stallion Inspection. Piet Sibma and Andele Brenninkmejer worked with Thomas, and 09-12-2012 the stallion finished the IBOP with 76 points, for movements average 6.8.

Thomas participated in Stallion Show, but failed to pass in the third round of judging.

Despite the fact that Thomas missed one point for the IBOP, the inspection decided to give him an permit for at least 2 years, because of the nice racial type and the good movement.
